Agentic AI Academy is a free educational resource: courses you can read or listen to, slide decks, quizzes, and progress tracking. Every lesson is AI-generated and then verified against primary sources, but it's provided for learning only — it isn't professional, legal, financial, or security advice, and you should verify anything you rely on for real decisions.

You can use most of the site without an account. Signing in (via Google) lets us save your progress across devices. You're responsible for activity under your account; keep your Google account secure. Don't impersonate others or use someone else's account without permission.

When using the site, please don't:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or other users' data;
• scrape, bulk-download, or harvest content or data through automated means beyond ordinary personal use;
• misuse the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
• probe or test the security of the site without following our responsible-disclosure contact; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The courses, lessons, podcasts, designs, and other materials on the site are owned by Kiran Krishna and protected by copyright. You're welcome to use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the content, or present it as your own, without our written permission. Names, logos, and branding on the site are ours; these terms don't grant you any right to use them.

The site is offered free of charge and “as is”. We may change, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some consumer protections can't be excluded by law; nothing here limits rights that apply to you and can't be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Because the site is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing.

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms or abuses the site, in order to protect the service and other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
