About

I'm Kiran Krishna.

I architect agentic AI systems for the real world — multi-agent orchestration, cloud platforms, LLMOps, and the security and governance that let them run in production. For well over a decade I've taken large-scale systems from prototype to production.

My focus is agentic AI that survives contact with real users — systems with the reliability, auditability, and governance that real-world deployments actually demand. Agentic AI Academy is where I distil what I'm learning into something anyone can use, for free.

Why I built it

The missing middle.

Agentic AI is moving faster than any field I've worked in — and most learning material is either a shallow blog post or a 600-page textbook. I wanted the resource I wish I'd had when I was learning this myself: a rigorous, beautifully designed path that takes you from “what is an LLM” to shipping production agents, without the gaps and without the fluff. So I built it.

What makes it different

A few principles shape every lesson — from the first mental model to the final production checklist.

01

Mental models first

Lessons don't open with jargon. Each one starts with the idea that makes everything else make sense, then layers in the detail — so you leave with intuition you can reason from, not facts you'll forget.

02

The whole stack of skills

Building an agent is the easy 20%. The course covers the other 80% almost nobody teaches: evaluation, observability, cost, reliability, security, prompt injection, and governance — the things that separate a demo from a system.

03

For builders and decision-makers

Whether you're writing the code or deciding where agents fit in your organisation, the material meets you where you are — clear concepts for the big picture, real code and labs for the build.

How it's made

Fully AI-generated — and deeply verified.

I'll be upfront about it: every course, lesson, and podcast on this site is produced by an AI system I built. None of it is a one-shot prompt. Each piece is researched against primary sources — papers, official documentation, and the frameworks themselves — and then put through multiple independent verification passes that check it for accuracy, completeness, and currency before anything is published.

AI lets me produce at a depth and consistency I never could alone; rigorous, repeated verification is what makes it trustworthy. It's a working example of the very thing this course teaches — agentic systems doing real work, under real checks. If anything ever reads as off or out of date, tell me — that feedback goes straight back into the loop.

Listen anywhere

The Loop — learning that travels with you.

Some of the best thinking happens away from a screen — on a commute, a flight, a walk, or a long drive. A lot of people find listening the most natural way to take in something new, and travel time is some of the most valuable learning time there is. That conviction is exactly why this feature exists.

So every course is also a podcast. The Loop turns each one into a two-host conversation you can play anywhere, hands-free — with the transcript highlighting in sync whenever you do have a screen. Press play on the way out the door, and arrive having learned something.
