Privacy Policy

Agentic AI Academy (“we”, “us”) is a free online learning site operated by Kiran Krishna and served at learn.kirankrishna.ai. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described here. Questions? Email [email protected].

We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the site:

• Account details — if you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier, plus the authentication tokens Google issues. We never see or store your Google password.
• Learning progress — lessons you complete, quiz scores, podcast listening progress, and preferences (such as reading vs. listening mode). While you're signed out this lives only in your browser; when you sign in it syncs to your account so it follows you across devices.
• Messages you send — if you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply.
• Technical logs — our host records standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and running. We use no third-party or advertising trackers; our own usage analytics are cookieless and carry no personal data (see “Analytics” below).

• To sign you in and keep you signed in.
• To save your progress and sync it across your devices.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To keep the site secure, reliable, and working as intended.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

We use only what's essential. A small number of strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in against forgery. Your theme choice and your signed-out progress are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. There are no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

To understand what's useful and keep improving the site, we collect our own privacy-respecting usage analytics — entirely first-party and cookieless. When you view a page or play a podcast, we record the event with an anonymous random id kept in your browser's local storage, a coarse country (derived at the edge, never your full IP address), and your device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop). This data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, never used to build a profile of you, and is not linked to your identity. We honour your browser's “Do Not Track” signal — when it's on, we collect nothing.

We rely on a few trusted providers (“sub-processors”) to run the site. Each receives only what it needs:

• Google — sign-in (OAuth).
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• Neon — the database that stores your account and progress.
• Cloudflare — DNS and delivery of podcast audio.
• Resend — delivery of contact-form emails to us.

Account and progress data is hosted in data centres in the Sydney, Australia region. Your data may be processed by the providers above in other locations as part of normal operation; where it leaves your region, we rely on the providers' standard safeguards for international transfers.

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data and associated progress. Messages you send via the contact form are retained as ordinary correspondence. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our host for security and operations.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to export a copy of it. To make a request, email [email protected] and we'll action it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

All traffic is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. We store no passwords (sign-in is delegated to Google), scope every data request to the signed-in account, and apply browser-hardening headers and a content security policy. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, current measures to protect your information. Found a vulnerability? See our security.txt.

The site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear.
